NMA provides products and services crucial for the community. Almost all the economic sectors are sensitive to weather conditions, but ensuring life protection in Romania is the most significant contribution of NMA, which is the national authority in meteorology. At present, NMA is the unique authorized source for the dissemination of meteorological information towards the population.
One has to pay for the meteorological products. They can contain diagnoses, current data from weather stations, forecasts, warnings and specialized meteorological bulletins, etc.
To order a meteorological product, one of the following possibilities can be chosen:
a) call +40 21 316 28 85, to find out also the price of needed products;
b) order by fax at +40 21 316 37 32; please specify all data necessary for concluding a contract;
c) on-line order (to be opened soon); available only for registered users.
